These terms and conditions have been updated on October 3rd 2017 and can change without notice.

Payment information:

All prices are in US dollars.

All payments must be cleared within 5 business days or the order will be cancelled.

Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.
If your payment is delayed, please contact me to let me know so your order is not cancelled.

Two (2) methods of payment are accepted:

  • Payment by PayPal: You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via Paypal. You can choose to pay by credit card as a guest or sign up to your PayPal account.
  • Payment by Stripe: Stripe allows you to pay by credit or debit card.


Cancellation policy:

Orders can be cancelled within twelve (12) hours after the payment has been received.
A cancellation request should be submitted via email by responding to the order receipt received from La Carterie de Juliette.

Upon reception of the request, a refund shall be issued within three (3) business days. Once the twelve(12)-hour window have passed the order is not cancellable nor refundable.


Shipping fees:

All orders (domestic and international) are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will depend on the weight and/or thickness of the large envelope or package.

Your order may be sent in several envelopes/packages if needed.
Only packages have a tracking number and can be provided upon request, large envelopes do not.


Shipping and delivery times:

All order are ready to be shipped within three (3) business days (Monday to Friday) following reception of the payment.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed but for most orders shipping to the USA (continental), delivery usually takes three (3) to five (5) business days.

For international orders, please allow a minimum of ten (10) to fiveteen (15) business days for delivery, even more if you are purchasing during holiday season.

Lost envelope or package:

If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact me.
However, please note that I will not consider an envelope or package ‘lost’ until it has been 30 days from the date I shipped the order. After 30 days, I will then contact you to issue a refund or a replacement.

Taxes:

Federal, state or local taxes are automatically applied based on the shipping address entered during the order creation.
